Warranty Information
Please note: As of January 1st 2020 Mondo Movil.llc will be strictly enforcing that all items being returned for RMA must include all original accessories, if that is the case. Failure to comply will result in a rejected RMA and the items will not be processed for RMA. Items will be returned to the customer as is.
BEFORE shipping any device make sure to download and fill completely the attached form, and send it to support@mondomovilus.com and wait for a response from the RMA Department.
Devices sold as grade A, has a 30 day warranty with Mondo Movil, (it does not include cosmetic warranty) Only applies for functional use, NO warranty on battery.
Devices sold as is – (grade b, grade c) does not have any warranty.

CPO: (White Box) – Guaranteed Apple quality.
Every Apple Certified Pre Owned (CPO) product completes a rigorous refurbishment process that includes full testing that meets the same functional standards as new Apple products. Your refurbished device is truly “like new,” with a lower price.
You will receive a “like new” device with genuine Apple replacement parts (as needed) that has been thoroughly cleaned and inspected.
This devices will come with new battery and outer shell. Every device will come with all accessories, cables and operating systems.
All Apple Certified Refurbished products are packaged in a brand new white box.
Apple (Direct) USED – As is iPhone: GRADED
A cell phone does not need to be brand-new to be fully functional. In fact, you can usually get a used model for a lower price without sacrificing functionality. But it’s important to understand the phone condition so that you know what to expect when you purchase this devices.
These are a mix of B/C phones that are tested by apple.
Used – GRADED (A-Grade)
Refurbished (A-grade) mobile phones work like a new phone.
They have been tested and certified by a third-party refurbisher according to four criteria:
1) functionality
2) cleaning
3) inspection
4) repackaging.
Phone Condition: like new (little to no wear)

Used – GRADED (B-Grade)
Used (B-grade) mobile phones also work like a new phone and arrive clean and free of water damage. Though free of cracks or dents, the phone will show light signs of wear.
Phone Condition: possible light blemishes on the screen; light scratches or scuffs on back of phone; possible scuff on LCD bezel (if no other signs of wear present)
Packaging: Can be purchased HSO (hand set only) or fully kitted generic
Warranty: No Warranty
Used – GRADED (C-Grade)
Used (C-grade) mobile phones also work like a new phone and arrive clean and free of water damage.Visible cracks or dents, the phone will show signs of wear.
Phone Condition: blemishes on the screen; scratches or scuffs on back of phone; possible scuff on LCD bezel, visible dents.
Packaging: Can be purchased HSO (hand set only) or fully kitted generic
Warranty: No Warranty
