Please note<\/strong>: As of January 1st 2020 Mondo Movil.llc will be strictly enforcing that all items being returned for RMA<\/strong> must include all original accessories, if that is the case. Failure to comply will result in a rejected RMA<\/strong> and the items will not be processed for RMA<\/strong>. Items will be returned to the customer as is.<\/p>
